Ingredients:
- Ripe Jackfruit Cut in to thick slices 15 nos.
- Gram Flour( Shanaga pindi ) 100 g
- Rice Powder 3 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
- Chilli Powder 2 tsp
- Garam Masala ½ tsp
- Salt to taste ½ tsp
- Oil for deep frying
Description:
- Mix the ingredients from 2 to 7
- Prepare batter,adding enough water.
- Dip the jackfruit pieces into the batter and fry in the pre-heated oil till golden brown.
- Serve it hot.
