Although never got the right scripture to my pen .. I created about me column in this blog.. when this blog kicked out of my mind ... Then realized writing about our self is real hard task ..but still made a small effort of writing  about my self..

A south Indian girl from Andhra Right now in Karnataka (Hubli).

 There is not much diversity in Taste, Language, Culture, Style and this created a great curiosity to know more about traditional way of cooking ..completed with my education, working in one of  Institution, Loving & caring daughter to parents.

My basic cooking skills has been drilled into me by my Amma (Mom). Never read cooking books before until started to blog .Just love to cook whatever it glimps and relish.

I always enjoyed cooking  followed with passion by use fresh produce and presented the way, I would love to treat my plate...

Urmila's  Kitchen Special

My first introduction to blogging was by my childhood friend Nayana. She has given this idea of writing Andhra Recipes. My hearty thanks to Nayana.

The next day morning..I felt why not compile a soft copy of all recipes which..I have collected in my recipe dairy and then it occurred me..Lets work up on blog.That's the conspiratorial  beginning of Urmila's Kitchen Special..  

My Love & Passion for cooking grew ..When supposed to try recipes by experiment cooking .

Urmila's Kitchen Special is all about traditional Andhra Recipes ..

All the recipes in this blog created by my uttermost affection ...I never try to copy any recipes rather then try do some variation and given some personal touch .Source for my recipes are from parents, friends, relatives, cooking  programms in T.V, cooking books.

All recipes in this blog are tasted  and cooked by me...Most of Andhra recipes are inspired from our family cooking .More recipes cookbook,blogs, web pages or person will be given credit for it!!!
